Warranty Information
AXS’s Lifetime Limited Warranty is applicable to all AXS branded products*. When purchased directly through AXS, or through an authorized dealer, the above-mentioned products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
AXS warrants the product for the lifetime of the original device to which the product is applied. -“Lifetime of the original device” means as long as the device for which the product is applied continues to be used by the original purchaser, AXS will continue to warrant the product against wear and tear.
What is not covered?
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
- Any type of physical damage
- Use of the product other than for its intended purpose
- Any wear or damage related to the user’s device
- The warranty does not apply if the product has been tampered with; or if the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation
- Screen protectors that have been removed and reapplied from the original device
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Any products that are not manufactured by AXS
What is covered?
AXS warrants to the original purchaser of the AXS items that the product shall be free from normal wear and tear.
Bundles warranty information
Please note that for bundles, each component within the bundle is treated as a separate item. Use the "Select Your Item" section of the Warranty Portal to specify the item you are claiming a replacement for. The entire bundle is not replaced.

What's next?
After submitting your form, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will typically process your claim within 5 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email requesting you to "claim your replacement". You will be redirected to our online store, where you will be able to submit an order for your replacement item. The replacement item will be marked at $0 and you will be prompt to pay shipping fees.
AXS does not require the defective product(s) to be shipped back. Customers are required to pay for shipping fees for replacement items ($10 + taxes). Upon reception of the replacement order, AXS will ship the replacement product within 2 business days.
Returns
Ordered the wrong item? Want to return it? No problem!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return the unopened product for replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase
- Returned products must be unopened and in re-salable condition
- In case of a defective product, photos must be included to support a claim
- A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return request
Once the return request is approved, AXS will issue an RMA# to be included with the return. All returns must be preauthorized by AXS’s Customer Service Team. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. AXS does not cover return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days following the obtaining of a RMA#.
