How can I confirm my order and the shipping status?

A confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the parcel online. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) following your order, please contact support@axessorize.com.

When will my order be shipped?

Typically your order will be shipped the same business day. We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. No order is processed on Saturdays, Sundays, major national holidays or company closing days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. Depending on your location, delivery within Canada can take 2–9 business days.

Do you ship items internationally?

Although Amazon.com offers you a selection of our products in the United States, we do not ship items abroad at this time.

How can I track my parcel online?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Axessorize containing your tracking number. Then log in to your Axessorize account to track your parcel online.

Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Though we will be happy to re ship your order to the correct address, new shipping charges will apply.
