Axessorize’s Lifetime Limited Warranty is applicable to all Axessorize branded products*. When purchased directly through Axessorize, or through an authorized dealer, the above-mentioned products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
Axessorize warrants the product for the lifetime of the original device to which the product is applied. -"Lifetime of the original device” means as long as the device for which the product is applied continues to be used by the original purchaser, Axessorize will continue to warrant the product against wear and tear.
What is not covered?
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
- Any type of physical damage
- Use of the product other than for its intended purpose
- Any wear or damage related to the user's device
- The warranty does not apply if the product has been tampered with; or if the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation
- Screen protectors that have been removed and reapplied from the original device
- Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Any products that are not manufactured by Axessorize
What is covered?
Axessorize warrants to the original purchaser of the Axessorize items that the product shall be free from normal wear and tear.
Bundles warranty information
Please note that for bundles, each component within the bundle is treated as a separate item. You will need to specify for which item you are claiming a replacement under the "item” section of the Warranty Claim Form. The entire bundle is not replaced.
How to make a warranty claim?

After receiving your form, we will typically process it within 5-10 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with instructions on how to submit an order for your replacement item on our website. Axessorize will provide you with a discount code, equivalent to the cost of the product to be used on the website towards a new order.
- Axessorize does not require the defective product to be shipped back
- Customers are required to pay for shipping costs for replacement items ($10 + taxes)
- Upon reception of the replacement order, Axessorize will ship the replacement product within 2 business days
Ordered the wrong item? Want to return it? No problem!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return the unopened product for replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase
- Returned products must be unopened and in re-salable condition
- In case of a defective product, photos must be included to support a claim
- A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return request
Once the return request is approved, Axessorize will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) to be included with the return. All returns must be preauthorized by Axessorize’s Customer Service Team. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender. Axessorize does not cover return shipping fees.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days following the obtaining of an RMA#
*Except UV Device Sterilizers (1-Year Warranty), Wireless Chargers and Headphones (2-Year Warranty)
