Ordered the wrong item? Want to return it? No problem!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return the unopened product for replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase
  • Returned products must be unopened and in re salable condition
  • In case of a defective product, photos must be included to support a claim
  • A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return request
  • Once the return request is approved, Axessorize will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) to be included with the return. All returns must be pre authorized by Axessorize’s Customer Service Team. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days following the obtaining of a RMA#

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition that you have received it, and in its original packaging. Your return must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Axessorize will not refund returned items that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling or accident.

Once we receive your returned item, we will assess your claim and we will notify you of your refund status after inspecting the item. If the item is found to be defective and warranted, Axessorize will remedy the defect subject to the Warranty policy.

If your return is approved, your credit card (original method of payment) will be refunded. You will be credited within a few business days, according to your card issuer’s policy.

Axessorize is responsible for paying the shipping cost provided the product you purchased is defective.

If your item is defective, please complete our Warranty claim form and select Warranty exchange request under Type of Claim. If your claim is accepted, a return label will be sent to you.

Modifying your order after it has been placed
Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. If you wish to modify your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-833-282-AXES (2937), Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (Eastern Time).

Please read above to learn more about our 30-day return policy. To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the Warranty claim form to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You are required to return the defective product together with the proof of purchase. As stated above, unless the product is found to be defective, customer shall bear the shipping cost to return the item to Axessorize. Axessorize will cover the cost to ship the replacement product under warranty. Any products returned to Axessorize without a RMA# and proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expenses.
