Axessorize’s One Year Limited Warranty
Axessorize’s One Year Limited Warranty is applicable to all products. When purchased directly through Axessorize, or through an authorized dealer, products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

Axessorize’s Two-Year Limited Warranty
Axessorize’s Two-Year Limited Warranty is applicable to PROCharge items only. When purchased directly through Axessorize, or through an authorized dealer, items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Axessorize’s Lifetime Limited Warranty
Axessorize’s Lifetime Limited Warranty is applicable to PROShield items only. When purchased directly through Axessorize, or through an authorized dealer, items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime period of the item.
Axessorize will replace any defective products with the same product, or one of equal or lesser value, during the warranty term. Replacement products as provided hereunder are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of replacement for 90 days, or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. The limited warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.

What is not covered?

  • Normal wear and tear of the product from its use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
  • Use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair
  • Product that has been modified or altered
  • Any products that are not manufactured by Axessorize.

How to make a warranty claim?
   »   Warranty & Return Form After receiving your form, we will typically process it within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email from inquiries@axessorize.com with your RMA# and instructions on how to complete your request. All returns must be pre authorized by our Customer Service Team.
